You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking Track Order.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Generally, it’s Free Shipping Worldwide unless it’s in our clearance section. In that case, you will only have to pay a small fee. All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
All Agora Selects partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS.packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Please see below for the estimated shipping times for your country/region.
Estimated shipping times:
- a) United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, France, Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia/New Zealand ~ 10 to 24 business days.
Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons in that case, please allow 2 more weeks for your orders to come through. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 4-6 business days and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email via Contact Us tab as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.

Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not refund items because of shipping times. Our shipping times are 5-12 business days but can be as long as 5-8 weeks (on high demand items).
